im with ColonelArcher: an upgrade system would be good, really good, like the one from the Road of the Dead.
Besides that, the game is great! the idea is cool (even more with the Madness characters)

man, i think that more upgrades and mores levels to the ones that alredy exist would be a great idea
besides that, the game is really good!

it's really good! you should just try to improve on the eyes! specially the angle and alignment of the pupils! there are other minor details, but your practing is giving really nice results!
